Pricing

Priced around how you work

Eva is pre-launch, and we are setting pricing with our first clinics. A plan is built around who is actually working, not around a building: a practice with several providers, a dentist working single-handed, or one dentist inside a practice that has not brought Eva in. Tell us how you work and we will build one that fits. Here is everything you can know before we talk about a number.

The commitments

What you are committing to

Signing up for clinical software is mostly a question about risk: being tied in, the price climbing, the thing stopping when you need it, a bill you cannot check. Here is where Eva stands on each of those.

Month to month, no contract

No minimum term, no exit fee, and no notice period buried in a clause. If Eva is not earning its place in your practice, you stop. Annual prepay exists if you prefer it, and it is optional.

Recording never stops on a limit

Your plan includes a monthly pool of recording minutes shared across the practice. A heavy month starts a conversation with us, never a blocked recording. Nothing about your usage sits between a clinician and the record button.

You can see every minute

One counter in your settings, and a line for each consult showing the date, the provider and the minutes it used. You are never reconciling a bill against a number you cannot check, and you can see a heavy month coming rather than meeting it in an invoice.

Your rate is locked, and being early keeps paying

The rate you join at is fixed for two years, then stays below list for as long as your subscription runs unbroken. Two years rather than forever is deliberate. If our costs hold, your price holds, and a price promised forever is a price that gets quietly broken later.

What your rate covers keeps growing

Improvements to Eva reach you without your price moving. Two things are deliberately outside it and stay outside it for founding clinics too: the Accounts Suite and the Financing OS are separate products, and they are priced separately from day one.

The founding group is capped

Not a countdown on a page. We set up each clinic by hand and walk the team through the loop, so there is a real limit to how many we can take on properly at once. When it is full, it is full.

The first thirty days

If Eva is not working in your first month, we refund it.

You do not have to justify the decision to get your money back. We will ask what went wrong, because a clinic that leaves teaches us more than one that stays, but that is a conversation and not a condition.
